Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us via our facebook page. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Pre-order Policy
By placing a pre-order with Ring-Accurate.com , you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

  • No Refunds on Pre-orders: Pre-ordered items are non-refundable. Once your order is placed, it is final, and we are unable to offer any refunds, cancellations, or modifications to your order.

  • Estimated Shipping Dates: While we strive to meet the estimated shipping dates provided at the time of purchase, please note that delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will provide updates if there are any significant changes to the expected shipping timeline.

  • Changes in Pre-order Status: If there are any changes regarding the availability or status of your pre-order, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide any available options (such as waiting for the item or selecting a different product). However, refunds will not be issued for pre-ordered items that are able to be fulfilled. 

  • Agreement to Terms: By completing your pre-order, you confirm that you understand and agree to the above conditions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
